The past week within the UMBRELLA Strategy was characterized by a further rotation toward technology, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors.
Positions in Micron Technology and Intel were significantly expanded, while Palantir Technologies and SpaceX also gained weight. Simultaneously, positions in Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, and Bayer were reduced.
MercadoLibre, whose weight had already been gradually reduced due to ongoing technical weakness, exited the UMBRELLA Strategy completely.
Following these adjustments, the strategy comprises nine positions and remains almost fully invested with an equity allocation of approximately 99.9% and a cash component of about 0.1%.

Technology and AI weighting continues to rise
The rotation toward technology continued throughout the week.
Following the expansion of semiconductor exposure in the previous week, Micron Technology and Intel were increased again. Together, the two companies now account for approximately 24% of the portfolio, meaning semiconductors play a significantly larger role within the UMBRELLA Strategy.
At the same time, Palantir Technologies and SpaceX were further expanded. This strengthens the focus on artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and advanced technologies.
Together with Alphabet, these positions now form an increasingly important technology focus within the strategy.
Micron Technology with record results
Micron Technology was among the most important company-specific developments of the week.
The company reported record results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, supported by strong demand for AI infrastructure and data center memory solutions.
Following the results, the position was further expanded and now accounts for approximately 12% of the UMBRELLA Strategy.
This development provides further fundamental confirmation for the investment thesis surrounding AI and data center memory, which already played a central role when Micron was added to the strategy in September.
Intel position further expanded
The position in Intel was also significantly increased during the week.
After being added in September and several subsequent increases, Intel now accounts for approximately 12% of the strategy.
Together with Micron Technology, Intel thus significantly strengthens the direct semiconductor weighting.
Palantir and SpaceX gain weight
The positions in Palantir Technologies and SpaceX were also further expanded.
Palantir now accounts for approximately 13% of the strategy, increasing exposure to artificial intelligence and data-driven software.
SpaceX was increased to approximately 13% and remains a key component of the allocation in the field of advanced technologies.
Together with Micron, Intel, and Alphabet, these companies underscore the increasing importance of technology-related themes within the current portfolio structure.
Healthcare weighting reduced
While the healthcare sector remains an important component of the UMBRELLA Strategy, its weighting was reduced during the week.
Positions in Eli Lilly and Johnson & Johnson were partially reduced following positive performance. However, both companies remain part of the strategy and continue to secure exposure to the healthcare sector.
Bayer was actively adjusted during the week. After an initial increase, the position was reduced again following renewed price weakness. Bayer remains part of the strategy with a weighting of approximately 9%.
Revolution Medicines, meanwhile, remains the largest individual position at approximately 18% and continues to represent the largest healthcare exposure within the portfolio.
MercadoLibre exits the UMBRELLA Strategy
MercadoLibre exited the UMBRELLA Strategy completely during the week.
The position had already been reduced several times due to ongoing technical weakness. The remaining position was subsequently closed completely. The final performance was approximately −10%.
The exit further concentrates the portfolio on the areas of healthcare, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and advanced technologies.

Outlook: AI and semiconductors remain in focus
The UMBRELLA Strategy enters the new week with a more concentrated allocation in the areas of healthcare, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and advanced technologies.
Following the record quarterly figures from Micron Technology, developments in the semiconductor sector remain particularly relevant. The high weighting of Micron and Intel makes demand for AI infrastructure and data centers an increasingly important factor for the portfolio.
At the same time, healthcare positions, led by Revolution Medicines, continue to provide diversification. Further positioning will be determined by ongoing market developments, company-specific news, and technical signals.
