Strong growth in the US business

Quarterly revenue rose 96% year-over-year to $2.31 billion. The commercial US business developed especially dynamically, growing 148% to $984 million. For the first time, this segment surpassed revenue from US government customers.

Adjusted operating income reached $1.43 billion, representing a margin of 62%. Adjusted free cash flow came in at $1.22 billion. For the full year, Palantir raised its revenue guidance to $8.53 to $8.534 billion.

Chart Analysis: Price Pressure Despite Record Results

The stock closed at $178.34 on November 2, down 3.13% from the previous day. On November 3, Palantir traded temporarily around 6% lower at $167.66 in pre-market trading.

This intensified the short-term correction. Compared to its recent 52-week high of $212.94, the stock had already lost about 16% by the closing price on November 2.

Significance for the UMBRELLA Strategy

The operational development confirms strong demand for Palantir’s AI platforms. At the same time, the total contract value of new deals only increased by 6% year-over-year, raising questions about further growth momentum.

For the UMBRELLA Strategy, Palantir remains a significant representative of the AI segment. The development of new contract signings and the stabilization of the short-term price chart are now crucial.

Key takeaway: Palantir impresses with 96% revenue growth and raised full-year guidance. Despite strong business figures, the stock is coming under pressure amid high valuation expectations.
