The UMBRELLA Strategy was further adjusted last week. Positions in SpaceX<\/a> and MercadoLibre<\/a> were increased. At the same time, several key company developments shaped the week: Revolution Medicines<\/a> continued the RASONQUE story, Palantir<\/a> showed increased volatility, PayPal<\/a> showed first signs of stabilization, and Johnson & Johnson<\/a> became the RED HOT CHILI\u2122 MUMAK of the week.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>

Last week was marked by <\/span>further adjustments within the UMBRELLA strategy<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Healthcare continued to represent the strategy\u2019s largest allocation. <\/span>Revolution Medicines<\/span><\/b><\/a> remained the largest position at around <\/span>18%<\/span><\/b>, while <\/span>Johnson & Johnson<\/a>, Eli Lilly<\/a> and Bayer<\/a><\/span><\/b> continued to form the broader healthcare focus.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

At the same time, <\/span>SpaceX<\/span><\/b><\/a> was increased to around <\/span>12%<\/span><\/b>, making it one of the strategy’s larger positions. <\/span>No transactions were carried out in Palantir<\/a> during the week.<\/span><\/b> After the strong performance in August, the stock showed increased volatility and ended the week around <\/span>6% lower<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

MercadoLibre<\/span><\/b><\/a> was also <\/span>increased over the course of the week, thereby raising the strategy\u2019s exposure to Latin American e-commerce and digital financial services. The increase followed the stock\u2019s <\/span>recent technical rebound<\/span><\/b>, even though momentum eased toward the end of the week.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

On the other hand, exposure to the European defense sector was further reduced. <\/span>TKMS<\/a> and Thales<\/a><\/span><\/b> were partially reduced following the continued weakness in both positions. <\/span>Rheinmetall<\/span><\/b><\/a> was also reduced due to the further weakening technical picture, bringing the weighting down to around <\/span>3%<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Following these adjustments, the UMBRELLA strategy comprises <\/span>11 positions<\/span><\/b>, with a cash allocation of around <\/span>1.7%<\/span><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\"Allocation\t<\/a>\t\t\t\t

SpaceX increased \u2013 technical momentum improves<\/span><\/h2>

One of the adjustments during the week concerned <\/span>SpaceX<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

SpaceX<\/span><\/b><\/a> was increased to around <\/span>12%<\/span><\/b> over the course of the week. The decision was primarily driven by the <\/span>improved technical picture<\/span><\/b>: After recent weakness, the stock regained positive momentum and moved towards an important resistance area.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The longer-term outlook around <\/span>Starlink, space infrastructure and advanced technologies<\/span><\/b> continues to support the position.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Revolution Medicines: RASONQUE story continues to evolve<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>

Revolution Medicines<\/span><\/b><\/a> remained the largest position within the UMBRELLA strategy at around <\/span>18%<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Following the recent FDA approval of RASONQUE for certain patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer, the fundamental story continued to develop last week.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

New clinical data on RASONQUE in previously treated metastatic RAS-mutated non-small cell lung cancer were published in the <\/span>New England Journal of Medicine<\/span><\/i>. Although RASONQUE is currently not approved for this indication, the data provide further clinical support for the broader potential of the company\u2019s RAS(ON) oncology platform.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Analyst sentiment also remained positive following the FDA approval, with several analysts raising their price targets. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

From a technical perspective, however, momentum cooled somewhat after the recent strong rally.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

For the UMBRELLA strategy, the focus is now increasingly on the <\/span>commercial launch of RASONQUE<\/span><\/b>. The <\/span>next quarterly report will also be particularly important<\/span><\/b>, as RASONQUE is now commercially available in the US and should deliver initial revenue contributions.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Palantir: Strong growth meets higher volatility<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>

Palantir<\/span><\/b><\/a> showed significantly higher volatility during the week.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

After the strong rally in August, the stock initially came under pressure as software stocks fell and bond yields rose.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

For the UMBRELLA strategy, the technical picture therefore continues to play an important role alongside the company\u2019s long-term growth potential.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

PayPal: First signs of stabilization after the sell-off<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/h2>

PayPal<\/span><\/b><\/a>, which was added to the UMBRELLA Strategy at the end of August and subsequently reduced after a significant price decline, remained unchanged within the strategy last week. The position currently accounts for around <\/span>2%<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

After <\/span>the sell-off<\/span><\/b>, which was triggered by reports that Stripe and Advent International had ended talks about a potential acquisition, the stock showed first signs of stabilization over the course of the week.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The share price recovered and once again approached an important technical resistance area.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

RBC raised its price target from USD 65 to USD 70 and reaffirmed its Outperform rating.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>

Fundamentally, the focus is now back on PayPal\u2019s operational performance. Revenue growth, margins, cash flow, and the implementation of the company\u2019s restructuring and cost-cutting measures will be particularly important. <\/span><\/p>

From a technical perspective, the recent rebound represents a first positive development.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Exposure to the European defense sector further reduced<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>

The largest reductions during the week concerned <\/span>Rheinmetall<\/a>, Thales<\/a> and TKMS<\/a><\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The fundamental environment for the European defense industry continues to be supported by higher defense budgets, long-term procurement programs, and high order backlogs.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

However, the recent technical development of several defense stocks was weaker.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Against this background, <\/span>TKMS<\/a> and Thales<\/a> were partially reduced<\/span><\/b>, while <\/span>Rheinmetall<\/a> was further reduced to around 3%<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

These adjustments do not change our fundamental assessment of the structural importance of the European defense industry. However, exposure is currently being managed more selectively, as the UMBRELLA Strategy reacts to the interplay of fundamental data, market sentiment, and technical signals.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Johnson & Johnson<\/span><\/b><\/a> was named <\/span>RED HOT CHILI\u2122 MUMAK of the week<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The company currently combines several characteristics that are particularly relevant within the MUMAK\u00ae UMBRELLA strategy: operational stability, a defensive business model, positive analyst sentiment, and an improving technical picture.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Johnson & Johnson<\/a><\/strong> continues to benefit from its diversified positioning in Innovative Medicine and MedTech. Following the latest quarterly results, the company also raised its full-year guidance.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Analyst sentiment provided an additional positive signal: <\/span>UBS raised its price target from USD 280 to USD 320 and at the same time reaffirmed its Buy recommendation.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>
