The focus on <\/span>Bayer <\/span><\/b><\/a>reflects the assessment that the current valuation could offer attractive long-term potential, supported by positive signals in the proceedings before the US Supreme Court, which could reduce the existing legal risk.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>
