Since our original Bayer analysis in early August, the fundamental picture has remained largely unchanged. At the same time, there have been further developments in the legal situation and in the technical picture. <\/p>

Rather than recalculating the entire MUMAK model after every market move, this update focuses on the factors that have changed since our previous analysis: legal developments, market sentiment, and chart technicals<\/strong>.<\/p>

What has changed since our last analysis?<\/h3>

Bayer continues to operate on the basis of the Q2 2026 results<\/strong>, which showed improved operational performance, particularly at Crop Science. At the same time, cash flow, debt levels, and litigation-related payments remain important points of observation. <\/p>

On the legal side, the next step in the proposed Roundup class settlement has been postponed. The final fairness hearing is now scheduled for September 14, 2026<\/strong>. This gives the parties additional time to process motions for revocation of previously declared opt-outs following the U.S. Supreme Court’s Durnell decision. <\/p>

At the same time, Bayer’s share price has entered a technical consolidation phase following the sharp rally in June and early July. <\/p>

Against this backdrop, the key question is whether Bayer can confirm the improved operational and legal positioning while finding a new technical direction after the recent consolidation.<\/p>
